The Senior Year of the famous wildcats ended... They all graduated and went on their separated ways, each to realize their dreams and persue future careers. Gabriella in Stanford, Troy in Berkeley, Ryan and Kelsi at Julliard and Chad with Sharpay at University of Albuquerque... And a lot happened in the lives of the wildcats the last 5 years. Because let's face it, real life is NOT high school! And some of them found out the hard way...

And what about East High's golden couple? The one that brought the school's status quo upside down? The one that everyone thought that will have the happy ending and live together happily ever after? Lets just say that things didn't turn out as expected, since in sophomore year in college things changed... A surprise visit Gabriella made to Troy in Berkeley ruined everything, since she caught him cheating... And since then, nothing was ever the same. The two broke up and Troy returned to Albuquerque, transfering to University of Albuquerque... What was the point of staying there after all?

After graduation from college some returned back and some left for good. But there's something that brings them all together again! The 5 YEARS REUNION! The wildcats come back to Albuquerque to celebrate their 5 years reunion after graduation from East High. But they are also called for something else... The school i in danger and they are coming back to save it.
